The story of Kingdom Kollectibles began long before the organization itself was founded.

As children, brothers David and Brian spent countless hours collecting sports cards with their father. Opening packs, sorting cards, discussing players, and building collections together created memories that have lasted a lifetime. Those moments were about much more than cards—they were about family, connection, excitement, and spending meaningful time together. To this day, those experiences remain some of their most cherished memories.

As the years passed, the sports card hobby experienced tremendous growth. While many positive things came from that growth, it also brought new challenges. The rising cost of sports cards has made it increasingly difficult for many children and families to participate in the hobby. Products that were once accessible to young collectors are now often priced beyond their reach. At the same time, many hobby conversations have shifted away from enjoyment and community and become focused primarily on money, profit, and speculation.

Unfortunately, the hobby has also seen an increase in negativity, vulgarity, dishonesty, and toxic behavior. It is not uncommon to hear people say that sports cards are "no longer a kids' hobby." While there are still many wonderful people within the hobby, these trends have created barriers that can discourage young collectors and families from becoming involved.

Kingdom Kollectibles was founded in response to those challenges.

Our goal is not to criticize the hobby, but to positively influence it. We believe sports cards can still bring people together, create lasting memories, encourage young people, and build strong communities. We believe the hobby can be a place where integrity, kindness, generosity, and respect are valued. Most importantly, we believe it can be a place where the love of Christ is reflected in how people treat one another.

Through Blessing Packs, Scripture Encouragement Cards, community partnerships, youth outreach, and faith-based initiatives, Kingdom Kollectibles seeks to create opportunities for encouragement, connection, and positive impact. We want children to experience the joy of collecting. We want families to build memories together. We want collectors to feel welcomed and valued. And we want every interaction to reflect Christ-like character and service.

Kingdom Kollectibles exists because we believe sports cards can be more than a hobby. They can be a tool for encouragement, outreach, community building, and sharing hope with others.

Our prayer is simple: to make a positive difference in the sports card community and to honor God through everything we do.
